Titanfall 2 Review

The Future is here.

Hello everyone, so yesterday we played a game titled FarCry Primal which dates back 10,000BCE, that’s before Christ existed and just when things couldn’t get any better we got a chance to explore a future sense reality game titled Titanfall.

Ever wondered about warfare equipment to come from years now?

Titanfall brings that and a whole lot more.

Come along with me as we explore and review this great game called TITANFALL2

So, I was not opportune to try out titanfall1, wait is there actually a one?

Well never mind about that as two takes the future to a whole new level, with the use of different guns, grenade and a whole lot of gadgets which supports and give the user more ability to fight against hostile troops but at same time the hostile troop not left out as they are well equipped as well.

Titanfall, this is a FPS first person shooter, if you are yet to explore fps game, you really should try them out as they are quite interesting and their storyline topnotch.

But seriously what’s with @otemzi and the FPS games?

At first growing up I never much enjoyed fps games, probably due to the fighting games that existed then and adventures as well, those old retro games sonic, Mario and others, back then fps games were not common or, so I thought.

That would be a story for another time, let’s look at the future and what it holds for us but seriously why must it be war, why can’t there be peace, well I don’t know about but we gamers, we sure do like our war games, the thrills, action and suspense just bring the fun all out. Heart raise and what have you don’t know who is aiming at you from various directions but you carefully advance.

Titanfall 2 was released 2016 for the Xbox console and pc, it comes in a multiplayer mode and a solo mode were players get to battle NPC Non-playable characters but the fact that they are NPC don’t me you should take them lightly as they can be quite scary and difficult to beat if not played well.

While playing the Titanfall, you have the ability to play as a pilot, pilots are special forces well equipped with state of the art weapons and the best part about been a pilot is that you get to ride a titan, how sweet is that.

Titans an unstoppable manmade machine design to cut through enemy lines, well equipped with multiple purpose equipment, no rival when it comes to dueling except another titan, separation is done via your ability to control them.

We are going to play as a rifleman called Couper and been a rifleman means you are going to fight alongside other riflemen with your state of the art riffles and grenades but very soon its all about to change.

We started the game with a pilot called Lastimosa and he offered to train us via a simulation, although we are not yet qualified for this, but this are war times and all able personal is needed to be physically fit, mind trained and what have you.

According to him, he saw potential in me and thus brought the idea of training me preparing me for the hard time to come when I finally advance or move from the rank of a rifleman.

Into the stimulating machine we went and plugged in ready to begin training, upon clicking the power on button a simulated version of ourselves is reproduce in a training facility where we get to test out various weapons and a pilot suite, like seriously how sweet is this?

Upon appearing in this new world, we are thought are to run, sprint and jump multiple times that’s jump while in midair and yes, our suite allows this, we soon arrive at the ammo spot where we get to try out different gun and see their damage capability, how sweet is this?

Not having to progress much before getting to try out various weapons not like other games I must say, as the need to first unlock certain spot is needed before new weapons is open to you.

After having to try this all out, it was finally time to experience how it feels riding a titan, upon calling out a titan we soon experience a malfunction or not, reason batter low and it seems we were about to be deployed out to a new planet.

Although what came next, no one expected it, so I like to think.

Been shipped into a new vessel and dropped down from the sky alongside various of our comrades, coming down like shooting stars at a very fast speed but seems the hostile troops were fully prepared for us as they were already at the ground fully armed and ready to fight.

We soon arrived at the ground and was immediately greeted by the hostile forces, our first objective was to escape from the crash site as it was covered with hostile troops, advancing forward some of our comrades soon met the sad fate from the enemy riffle.

The enemies were unlike anything I have ever seen, made up of humans alongside drone fully operation with the sense to shoot first and ask question later.

Advance forward, we were immediately greeted by the enemy titan a huge piece of machine quite fast and easy to control rain down on us hitting us alongside and barely missing our major spot, it soon turns back to finish the work, but we were immediately save by a pilot non other than CPT Lastimosa and his titan know as BT.

Grievously injured, Lastimosa immediately injected me and according to him I was about to lose consciousness but was going to wake up alright, was just about to lose consciousness, when the horrible scene came to my eyes, CPT Lastimosa was immediately over-powered by three different titans from the enemy troop and he soon lost to them, with a mechanical sword piercing through his titan armor and I soon passed out.

While unconscious, I was able to see the happenings on my surrounding and I did get a clear look at our attackers, quite a fearsome man fully equipped and seems to be out for blood, as he was scavenging the dead corpse but for some reason he was interrupted before getting to me, thus I was saved

Waking up, I soon found myself about to become food for some beast I knew nothing about, CPT Lastimosa titan came to the rescue once more shooting at my direction and killing the beast.

Opened the hatch and behold CPT Lastimosa was not dead but about to, his final words were transferred of controls of BT, that’s the titan to me and I soon became a pilot.

Me and a broken down Titan, out of battery and was no use, soon found myself alone, behind enemy line and needed to work fast to get the Titan fully operation once more.
