What you ate, your heart will take the toll
Came across a friend @abcallen regarding #oneheart contest, I had a pinch in my heart wanting to participate and have a word with my fellow Steemian friends and family. Two weeks ago my dad came to Kuala Lumpur for his heart disease and the medical bill were somewhat awful for a regular family like us. If you haven't read about heart health check up with daddy, feel free to head over, but don't bother to upvote since it's expired. Not that we can't get by, but it's rather heartache to pay such a high price. Don't get me wrong, we love our dad, it's just that disease to our heart health can be long haul and expansive. Many times I've talked to people regarding diet control, I have always been preached back with regular exercising will cancel off whatever rubbish they dump into their mouth. Seriously, how much calories one can burn with half an hour of jogging, it seems nobody care to find out. Since we're not going to regulate our exercises with proper calories count, the best way to limiting damage to our heart is to limit food that may cause further damage to our body. Who knows the new Heart Token SMT may encourage people to eat healthily to protect their heart from the live and basic. With this I conclude my entry for the #oneheart contest. Hey man. It's really nice of you to drop by. My dad is fine, doctor said his heart health is 66% functional, which is what it supposed to be at his age. Not advise to even try to improve it or chances of further complication may cause his life. So, life goes on and count the blessing.
And yeah, already once in a blue moon I'm putting effort to do things instead of shit posting. Lol

we have too much sugar and carbs these days.. in virtually everything..

you know what they say, we are what we eat and it is completely true even more with the health of the heart, sometimes we need to read these things to reflect on the way we take care of our health we can start doing it,only by improving the food we consume
I'm not being an ass, but it seems the bigger problem in your country now will be water supply. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'd hope that someone would help to cure better water for you guys, and from there on people start planting and be feed by even plants and vegetables at very least for the nutrition.
the water supply is getting worse, generally in residential areas they set a daily schedule where the water reaches the houses for two or 3 hours nothing more, in some areas it is worse and there is no water for several days
I pray for your abundance of water supply. With water, many things can be achieve.
