Spicy Asian Ramen Noodle Shrimp ~ If you love SHRIMP...
If you love SHRIMP...you are going to love this Spicy Ramen Noodle Shrimp dish.
I purchased these gorgeous shrimp and have been going crazy making all kinds of shrimp meals.
First I deveined and cleaned the shrimp and saved the shells for making the broth. For the broth I added a little oil, diced onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauteed the shrimp shells for a minute or until they turned color. Then I added some chicken broth. Brought to a simmer, covered and cooked for 20 minutes.
I strained the broth, added a little soy sauce, shrimp paste and garlic chili paste. Brought to a simmer. Added the shrimp, whites of garden onion and some cut snow peas. Cooked for only a couple minutes until the shrimp was done.
Served over ramen noodles and garnished with some fresh chopped green onions and topped with a poached egg.
All I can say is, WOW! That was good!
