Today in the morning I decided to cook a healthy and delicious breakfast. In the refrigerator I had fresh yogurt and a raspberry. I decided to use these ingredients together and prepare a healthy smoothie.
I like healthy breakfasts that help start the morning with a healthy diet. Smoothies are also very easy to prepare.
Just need fresh yogurt, any berries, a little honey and juice of lime or lemon.
Smoothies are very nutritious and tasty. I think raspberry is great for this smoothie and the color of smoothie is very bright and beautiful.

300 ml of yogurt
200 grams of frozen raspberries
Juice 1/2 lime
2 tbsp. spoons of honey
A branch of fresh mint
Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix everything. To obtain the desired consistency, you can add a little milk. Decorate smoothie with fresh mint.
