EGG & TOMATO BAPS || Recipe

Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Let's start...

Serving :- 2

INGREDIENTS

• Tomatoes (halved) :- 2
• Vegetable oil :- 2 tsp
• ‎Egg :- 4
• ‎Parsley (chopped) :- 2 tsp
• ‎Garlic clove (finely chopped) :- 1
• ‎Wholewheat baps :- 2
• ‎Salt :- to taste

METHOD

• On the cut side of the tomatoes, apply little bit of the oil then cook them on a low heat, cut-side down in a non-stick frying pan.

• While they cook, beat the eggs with salt and the chopped parsley in a small bowl. Turn the tomatoes over to briefly heat on the other side and then set aside.

• Wipe the pan, then add oil and cook the garlic on a medium heat for a few seconds, stirring it until softened.

• After that pour in the egg mixture and cook. Once it’s almost set flip over to cook the other side for a few seconds more.

• Halve the baps and squash the tomatoes, quarter the omelette (2 pieces inside each bap) and put on one part of bap and cover with other part and serve it.
