ALOO TIKKI FRIED BURGER || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Serving :- 5
INGREDIENTS
for aloo tikki :-
• Potatoes (aloo) :- 2 medium size
• Rice flour or flour :- 1.5 tbsp
• Oil :- for frying
• Rock salt :- as required
bun and toppings :-
• Burgur buns :- 5
• Small tomato (thinly sliced) :- 1
• Small onion (thinly sliced) :- 1
• Chaat masala :- as required
• Mint- corriendor or corriendor chutney :- as required
• Cabbage (fine chopped) :- as required
( cabbage is not compulsory )
• Paneer :- 1 cube ( paneer is not compulsory)
• Oil :- for frying
METHOD
• Peel and mash the boiled potatoes, do this when potatoes are still warm because it is easier to mash.
• Add salt and mix well and after that add rice flour or flour and mix well.
• Shape it into flat round patties and after that heat oil into frying pan and fry the patties (tikki). Fry it until it looks golden brown.
• Fry the buns also into frying pan till it looks crispy or for few seconds.
• Cut the bun (as burger look) into two slice.
• Sprinkle the some chaat masala on both the pieces and after that apply chutney on one piece.
• Place the chopped cabbage, tikki, onion slice, tomato slice and square shape paneer slice and close it with another slice of bun.
• Your aloo tikki fried burger is ready, serve it with tomato sauce and enjoy.
( You can add some chutney into tomato sauce and sprinkle some chaat masala )
