SPANISH OMELETTE || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.
Let's start...
Serving :- 4
INGREDIENTS
• Vegetable oil :- 2 tbsp
• Red onions peeled and sliced :- 3
( you can use simple onion also )
• Red pepper, sliced :- 1
( you can use capsicum also )
• Chopped chorizo :- 50g
• Cooked potatoes :- 500g
• Eggs :- 8
• Knorr Reduced Salt Chicken Granules :- 2 tsp
• Snipped chives :- 1 tbsp
METHOD
• Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the onions and peppers on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the onions start to soften and after that add the chorizo and cook for further 2 minutes then add the potatoes, turning occasionally until the potatoes start to colour.
• Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the Knorr Reduced Salt Chicken Granules and the chives then pour the mixture into the frying pan. Cook it at low flame for 8-10 minutes.
• When the omelette is just set, it should wobble only slightly-place a large plate over the top of the frying pan, turn the frying pan upside down and flip the omelette onto the plate. Then slide it back into the pan, uncooked side down and continue to cook over a low heat for a further 3-4 minutes.
• Your Spanish omelette is ready, serve it and enjoy.
