BASIC INDIAN OMELETTE || Recipe

Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Let's start...

INGREDIENTS

• Egg - 1
• ‎Onion (chopped) :- 2 spoon
• ‎Green chilli (chopped) :- 1
• ‎Salt :- as per taste
• ‎Oil :- for cooking

METHOD

• Crack an egg into a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chilli, salt and beat well until it becomes foamy.

• Put some oil on pan and heat it.

• Once the pan becomes hot, pour the egg mixture on the pan and cook on medium heat
• Once slightly cooked, flip it over to the other side and cook for just 15 seconds.

• Put the omelette onto a plate and serve it with bread or as such.
( you can sprinkle a bit of black pepper powder on the omelette at serving time )
