BANARASI TAMATAR CHAAT || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Serving :- 4
INGREDIENTS
• Cooking oil :- 1 tbsp
• Onion (chopped) :- 1
• Potato (boiled and mashed) :- 2
• Tomatoes (chopped) :- 4
• Ginger (finely chopped) :- 1 inch
• Green Chilli (chopped) :- 1
• Garam masala powder :- 1 tsp
• Cumin powder :- 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder :- 1 tsp
• Chaat Masala Powder 1 tsp
• Black Salt :- 1/2 tsp
• Salt :- to taste
• Lemon juice :- 1 tsp ( optional )
For Garnishing :-
• Namak Para :- 1/2 cup
• Coriander Leaves :- 1/4 cup
METHOD
• Take a pan, put oil and heat it on medium flame after that add the onion, green chilli and ginger and saute for 3 to 4 minutes until the onions turn transparent.
• Once the onions are soft, add the chopped tomatoes and mix it well.
• Cover and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened and are completely mushy.
• Now that the onion-tomato mix has come together, add the mashed potatoes and mix it well until the mixture comes together.
• After that put garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black salt and salt into prepared mixture and mix it well. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
• Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish the Banarasi Tamatar Chaat with namak para and coriander leaves.
• Your Banarasi Tamatar Chaat is ready, serve it and enojoy it.
