EGG ROLL || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.
Let's start...
Serving :- 2
INGREDIENTS
• Cooked chapaati :- 2
• Eggs :- 2
• Onion (thinly sliced) :- 1 medium size
• Tomato (thinly sliced) :- 1 small
• Green chillies (finely chopped) :- 2
• Black pepper powder :- 1/4 tsp
• Lemon juice :- 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala :- little bit (optional)
• Oil :- for fry
• Salt :- as per taste
METHOD
• In a bowl, beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Heat oil in a pan and add the egg. After that quickly place the cooked chapaaties on the wet egg mixture so that it sticks well. Keep drizzling oil and cook it well on both sides.
• In the mean while, mix the sliced onions,tomato, chillies and lime juice in a separate bowl.
• Place the egg paratha, ( egg side up) on a plate. Place the onion mixture in the centre, sprinkle a pinch of salt and chaat masala.
• Roll tightly and serve it and enojoy.
