Filmmaker's Diaries: Missed the Application but don't know why.

Hello and welcome to another Filmmaker’s diary!

So last week there was this application to get some funding to make a short film…

I developed an idea that would meet the “standard” they wanted, in fact, developed a few ideas and then choose the one I would like to do the most.

So quite some work/ time went into this… I was excited to do it… I’m starting to go crazy due to not be making short narrative films for a while and this was a great opportunity.. also I would get the biggest budget I’ve had to date.

But this is what happened… I tripled check the date and time for sending in the application… wrote everything down… everything they wanted… Synopsis, videos and so on…

I came back from work… (it was the first couple of days at the office) got home, turned the computer on and open the website in order to send the application… well… it was closed…

I don’t know what happened… But the thing was closed… I was expecting it for the site to be down due to too much traffic and that maybe it would be back in a couple hours but it didn’t… (Also the time limit was almost over since I had been working all day)

So long story short… I wasn’t able to send the application…
