What You Need To Know About Face Exercise And Anti-Aging Yoga
If you're doing exercise for your body, why not consider doing face exercise. Our face is directly attach to our muscles. It also stimulate collagen and elastin production in the middle layer of the skin giving you a smoother, more supple, tighter-looking skin.

Here are some of the exercise you can do:
1. The V This exercise is good for drooping eyelids, crow’s feet, eye bags and puffiness.
All we have to do is press both middle fingers together at the inner corner of the eyebrows, the look to the ceiling, and raise the lower eyelids upwards to make a strong squint, and then relax. Then Repeat six more times and finish by squeezing eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds.

2. Smile Smoother This exercise is good for cheek lines and daaging face.
Look up and hide your teeth and make O shape smile like the picture below. Then smile widely while keeping the teeth hidden and repeat six times. Then next, hold the smile shape while placing one index finger on the chin. Then start to move the jaw up and down as the head tilts gently back. Relax and repeat twice more.

3. Smooth the brow It is good for forhead lines or botox.
Just follow the picture below, and gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin. Then relax and repeat 10 times.

4. giraffe It is good for lines and loose skin on the neck.
So we just hae to do or folloe the picture below, looking straight ahead, place the finger tips at the bottom of the neck and lightly stroke the skin downwards with the head tilted back. Then bring the head back down to the chest and repeat twice more. Finally, jut the lower lip out as far as possible to pull the corners of the mouth down and place finger tips on the collarbone with the chin pointed upwards. Hold for four deep breaths.

The recommendation time for doing this exercise is 20 mins a day, and within 4-6 Months you will notice or see the result.

Actually every yoga is anti aging yoga, with direct effect on lenghtening our telomeres (which is basically scientific way to explain aging reversal). Except beer yoga, I can't stand that thing :) Being a yoga teacher and a dedeicated practitioner I took some time to put together few yoga FAQs but being also a newb it got very crappy visibility :,( Take a peak if interested. I had a whole book on this - it is slightly different and very effective if you actually do them once or twice a day. But I am too old and lazy and feel my face is not ever going to be attractive anyway so I gave to book to some younger, pretty friends. I will have to check back and see if they are doing this. They were very excited at the time!
