တရား ကို စၿပီး အားထုတ္ၿပီ ဆိုတာနဲ ့လိုက္ၾကည့္ေနတာမ်ိဳးမဟုတ္ဘဲ။ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရတဲ့အလုပ္ကို လုပ္ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ေစာင့္ၾကည့္တယ္ဆိုတာ မပင္ပန္းပါဘူး။
ေဘာလံုးပြဲ ဝါသနာပါတဲ့ ဓမၼမိတ္ေဆြတို ့ဆိုရင္ ခုလိုရွင္းျပရင္ေတာ့ သေဘာေပါက္ၾကမွာပါ။
ဥပမာ
ေဘာလံုးပြဲ တစ္ပြဲကို ၾကည့္ေနသလိုပါပဲ။ ကိုယ္က ေအးေအးေဆးေဆး နဲ ့ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေနမယ္ဆိုလို ့ရွိရင္ ႏွစ္ဖက္ေဘာလံုးသမားေတြရဲ႕ ကစားကြက္ေတြ၊ ကစားနည္းေတြ ကို နားလည္သေဘာေပါက္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလို မွ မဟုတ္ပဲနဲ ့ကိုယ္ႀကိဳက္တဲ့အသင္း ကို ကိုယ့္လူေတြပဲ ဆိုၿပီး ႏိုင္ေစခ်င္တဲ့ေလာဘ နဲ ့လိုက္ၾကည့္ေနၿပီး အျခားအသင္းကိုလည္း ရံႈးေစခ်င္ေအာင္ ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ေတြနဲ ့ထိုင္ရေတာ့မလို၊ ထရေတာ့မလို ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ေတြနဲ ့သာဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဓမၼမိတ္ေဆြတို ့ကစားကြက္ေတြ မျမင္ေတာ့ပဲနဲ ့ကိုယ္လည္းပင္ပန္း၊ စိတ္လည္းပင္ပန္းျဖစ္ၾကေတာ့မွာပါ။
