Then, you wonder why these companies claim they are hiring, when in reality they are fishing for the perfect slave robot.
Higher turnover rates. Job Fairs=Resume Collection Fairs.
These companies never meet the demand by hiring more workers, since there are plenty out there unemployed with the experience and/or education, and training them properly to keep up with the demand. As a result there is always a skeleton crew at major places, including hospitals. The workers today are more concerned with getting the job done quickly (via singular task only, not concerned with other matters, or going above and beyond initial duties) due to so many other tasks they have to do and can't keep up.
In reality, no one in Amazon can keep up quota with packaging 120+ singular packages under an hour while scrambling to meet quota running around the warehouses the length of 12 football fields, it’s insane and a job killer too.
Another example is what Nursing has become, quick in-and-out and mainly computer lab. Most of them have over a dozen patients per nurse/nursing assistants. Same applies at Nursing Homes/Rehab facilities where the nurse/nursing assistant have 50 patients per person.
TRYING TO WAKE A SHEEPLE
In reality, it drains the person physically and mentally to the point where you can't function. Try reasoning with someone on this subject and other subjects and explain how it really goes because you have been there and done that. That person/sheeple would not understand unless they have been there to experience what you experience. It's talking to a wall trying to wake that person(s) who have been on the blue pill to reality. Some are more open to conversation than others. Still, they drag on the same narrative and will not get it unless they experienced it themselves, then they can preach how it really goes. FATHER'S SITUATION AFTER REHAB MORE PAIN & SLEEP?
Talking to my sister(s) is replaying the same conversation. They still don't get it no matter what I informed on because they never had to deal with the caregiving day in and day out for many years. I explained to my sister that the muscle spasms he is experiencing has nothing to do with the hospital bed, it's him, been that way for a long time. Everyday is a different story, all the pain meds are temporary measures and try to be careful on which ones to give depending on the pain level. Yes, the stenosis and blood disorder is getting worse. Trying to catch up on sleep due to being on the Nursing Home Rehab Facility for a few weeks. Whether you are at the hospital/nursing home you only get cat naps, period, every 2-3 hours the nursing staff would check & wake him to make sure he's alive. All that adrenaline to get ready for this and that, therapy, etc. wipes the person out mentally and physically after all of that when you get home from the rehab.
Some take more time to catch-up than others to recover. Didn't appreciate from my sisters who blame my Mother and I for not doing this and that when they are not the ones dealing with the matter day in and day out. They believe that we are not providing back support of which is difficult when the person you are caring for is too weak to get in and out a chair, feels dizzy. Therefore, if you are dizzy you lay down in the bed or recliner. Different if you are in the hospital bed. The hospital bed converts into a chair when you raise/lower the head/foot of the bed. Tries different ways to get comfortable, not one position always works. Trial and Error. Both of my sisters still want us to do the in-Home Care, which we have explained to them what it really was, and they still don't get it. We refuse to do any In-Home-Care, when it's really Quick-In-And-Out-See-You-Around care. Again it's very frustrating dealing with those who pop in and out and play the narrative and assume card, when can't assume anything. You have to be your own advocate using common sense with discernment.
EMPLOYMENT?
That's is what I have to put up with and as a result, can't find work, because of the caregiving. Have tried in the past, when it wasn't too bad. Tried to find part-time work. Unfortunately, some of the part-time was really full-time, required more experience, no training whatsoever, expect to know everything. Have done "Job-Sharing", another form of Employment law which is two employees sharing one full-time job, but are not working at the same time. Works great in some areas such as receptionist, etc. is great as a back-up plan just in case. More time to get things done at home, others have a 2nd or a 3rd job. Since, what my Father has been going through this past year, finding work is not an option at this time and I doubt that I will ever find work, due to lack of hiring, skeleton crews everywhere, robots taking over jobs, etc.
DEPRIVING WORKER OF JUST WAGES IS GRAVE SIN
Be careful just because the sign says NOW HIRING doesn't mean a thing, look into it further, then you find out that particular job posting has been up forever just fishing for candidates and re-posting the same position over and over again never really filling the position. While people are being laid off left and right, no one wants to train a person, play the narrative/assume the employees are exactly like them. Not everyone operates the same way as a robot, yet that is what these employers seek. We are human beings, not robots. There's a time for everything, but not making work as the only primary function as in the days of the Anunnaki of The Lost Book of Enki creating slave workers to mine gold, eventually created man in their image so they have communicate and conversations with them, etc. The slave mentality of turning humans into slaves via 2 class system (Rich and Poor).
Depriving a worker of their just wages is one of the four grave sins that the heavens cry out to vengeance.
