Today We Organised Monthly Lunch Program for Underprivileged Children at School For SDG4
It was Independence Day of Bangaldesh (26 March 2018)
If you searched on Google today, you might see the google doodle for Bangladesh independence day. To celebrate the day, we organized the monthly lunch program today, Annual sports day and Medical Checkup for children and mothers. I will share the programs more from @SchoolForSDG4 and also from my personal blogs too.
We were cooking food in the morning near to our house. A professional cooker made food for them.
Shati, Rina, Murad and many other children were eating today with full of joy. We are so happy that we could arrange the program just because of your support. @SchoolForSDG4 received a good amount of donation last couple of months from steemit which helped us to arrange the program monthly since February.
Lunch program allows us to feed them well at school once in a month and motivate more to attend school. It also ensures their good health.
Sorry for the low-quality selfie and it was the only selfie I have taken from my mobile phone. I wore the red and green colour T-shirt today as it is colour of Bangladesh National Flag. Some of my children went home silently to change their shirts. After few minutes, I discovered some of them also wore red and green colour clothes.
This month, we had a special Akni with chicken. We also added eggs. You know that we bought plates and glasses for them this week. We are still crowdfunding for the plate and glasses. We have not reached our target fund but we still can manage the cost from our overall fund.

We had no electricity whole day at school, so the children had to eat without fan and light. Also, the sky became cloudy when they started lunch program. Before the lunch program, they participated in different sports events.
