My first executive order would be to eliminate the personal income tax.

These came about during the first World War and were to be temporary but they are still here!
It is the wars that put such a drain upon the financial resources, so I would work towards putting an end to war, too!

These taxes being imposed has also cut into productivity for people exercise tax-avoiding behavior,for fear their increased earnings, for their efforts, will just be taken from them in form of taxes.

Pre income tax, the federal governments relied on tariffs and customs income for revenue. The provincial governments got their revenue mainly through their management of natural resources.

All activists/earth warriors that have been imprisoned will immediately be released and 1000 trees will be planted for each year, that each one of them has been imprisoned. So to break that down, lets imagine Sarah was imprisoned for 8 years for obstructing the building of a motorway, 8,000 trees are planted in her name at a destination that she chooses and so on.

All logging of Old Growth Forest is Banned and so is the import of wood from old growth forests and from exotic forests. Anyone found importing them will be humiliated publicly and the community will decide how best to deal with them. There will be an immediate ban on plastic within the whole of Europe, we survived before without it and we will survive again. There will be designated days each week for Beach clean ups, forest clean ups and overall natural world restoration. A lot of money will be pumped into finding out the best ways to deal with the waste that is collected.

What would you do if you were in charge? There comes a time in everyone's life when we fantasize a little. It may be about a president, premier, or even an emperor as long as we were the ones calling the shots and ruling how others would live. We have a feeling that our way of looking at things is the proper one, the correct and genuine one. All should follow our way. Hm... Objectively, that has a suspicious resemblance to dictatorship by I will let that slide for a moment. What would I do if I had the power to govern a certain country?

I would love to shut down the Cocain Import Agency

However, what would happen would be... nothing.
Cut there funding, and they would continue on like nothing happened.
Fire the director... fire all the directors, and i would just find the same people working, but with different job titles.

I would love to end the FED.

So, i outlaw Federal Reserve Notes, and reinstate gold and silver as money.
I shut down the FED and send the army in to clean them out...

However, what would happen would be... nothing.
All the banks would operate just as they have always been operating.
The only difference is that the FED would be operating out of a bunker somewhere unknown.

Background: here in the USA, currently known as trump-istan and pronounced "Amerka," the unadulterated shid-show in terms of politics, policy, and the utter disregard for humanity, environment, climate, inequality, etc., makes for a huge list of Day One options!

Gotta clean up what you you left behind before you can move forward!

I'll start with a solid dose of KARMA. My first order is to call for spot elections (yup, never had them b4) on EVERY senator who calls his/herself republican. And this spot election is open to a NATIONAL vote, where ALL eligible voters in federal elections can place a vote for all the GOP senators in Congress.
Basically, California and New York voters will eat red-state voters for breakfast! And remove all scum-sucker pols who knuckled beneath donald dotard.
Phase II of executive order #1 will be to repeat process on House of Representatives.
Phase III of executive order #1 will be to ABOLISH the Electoral College and make ELECTION DAY a FEDERAL HOLIDAY, most likely by eliminating Columbus Day!
