I’ll do isometric push-ups today. In fact, there are many kinds of them. This exercise, undeservedly displaced plank, which is also isometric. But we will restore justice!
We will do so: stand in a position for push-ups, begin to push up and in the middle of the movement stop, stay for a few seconds. And then push up to the end and return to the starting position.
Such push-ups contribute to the development of the muscles of the chest, triceps, lower and middle back and press.
