15 minutes of fear
15 minutes?
Can I write a post on fear in 14 minutes? I fear I cannot, but I shall try.
Fear... is a motherfucker. It is the thing that drives all our troubles.
13 minutes... When we make decisions based on fears, we do not succeed. Instead, we block our progress. We create negativity for others around us, ipso facto, creating it for ourselves.
11 minutes... have you met Fear’s best friend, Scarcity? They like to chill together. They have this funny practical joke they play on us... making us think there is not enough of what we want or need & then watching us fight over it. They must take bets... I wonder who’s winning?
9 minutes... I notice in my life, the biggest fuck ups & worst times are surrounded in my fears. Fear of not being loved for my true self, fear of not being worthy, fear of not living up to my real potential.
7 minutes... telling myself to stop acting out of fear and be bold! Each and every time I dare to face the fear, I find HUGE success on the other side!
6 minutes... so why the heck am I still afraid? Surely history has shown me what is possible. I guess old habits die hard. I must stare these fears down everyday, until they finally give up. I’m pretty sure they never really do.
4 minutes... time to go post this.
3 minutes... you’re amazing the way you are.

The negativity spreads horribly. Like that reflection.
Very recognizable. In myy experience, it is one of the most difficult cycles to break.
I haven't found the secret key, but I won't stop searching for it....
