Datenschutz und Klingelschild
Unglaublich. Da hat doch tatsächlich in Wien einer Anstoß an den Klingelschildern seiner Wohnanlage genommen. Er beklagt sich, dass auf dem Klingelschild sein Name und die Wohnungsnummer verzeichnet seien. Das entspreche nicht dem Datenschutz und widerspreche der DSGVO........
Zu allem Überfluss stimmt das anscheinend sogar.
Die Wohnungsbaugesellschaft "Wiener Wohnen" sieht sich jetzt gezwungen 220000 Klingelschilder auszuwechseln. Fürderhin steht nur noch die Wohnungsnummer auf dem Klingelschild. Wenn ein Mieter jetzt im Gebäude gefunden werden möchte, muss er nun selber seinen Namen zusätzlich aufs Klingelschild schreiben, oder damit leben, nicht mehr gefunden zu werden.
Vielleicht sollte auch in Personalausweisen, Reisepässen und Führerscheinen nur noch der Nachname, die Augenfarbe und das Geschlecht angegeben werden.
Denn Geburtsdatum, Adresse und Körpergröße in Kombination mit Namen, Augenfarbe und Geschlecht in einem Dokument widersprechen bestimmt auch den Datenschutzregeln. Nachher kann man noch Rückschlüsse auf den Ausweisinhaber ziehen. Das kann doch nun niemand wollen.......
