New Life - Derangedphotography Contest
New Life
The theme of this contest is called New Life. @derangedvisions is leading off with a sample photo of his now 13-year-old daughter as a baby. The photo is so good that I don't even want to attempt to offer up any of the snapshots of my grandbabies.
But I have some pretty cute chicken photos up my sleeve.
This is a slightly different edit of the photo above. This one, I cropped by bringing in the sides, the top one was by changing the angle - and I am sure that is not what it is called.....
This is what I mean
Turning the dial? I don' know. Every craft, art, activity in life has its own language. Do you see a difference between the two edits?

And here is the same one with a vivid filter applied.
I was going to submit the vivid filter one - I like how the down of the baby chick looks in it. But I didn't like my big thumb in the foreground.
So, I am going to submit the very first one. Which one would you have chosen?
