Due to turmoil in the markets Ive decided to postpone the start of the contest for one week sorry for the delay.
This will give a chance for those interested to get ready.
In the mean time will run a steemit recruitment contest for 25 SBD.
Contest - Steemit Recruitment - 25 SBD - Bonus 5SBD to a random resteemer .
I've noticed many Steemians giving trading advice and guidance so i decided to make this contest to see who gives the best tips and guidance and provide a nice prize for doing so.
I will be using a point system to take account of multiple factors to try to make it fair as possible due to the amount of cryptos that have gained thousands of percentiles doesn't necessarily mean that trading advice giving is the best and tips could come from anywhere.
Points will be given on :
- General Presentation.
- Explanation of factors considered.
- Time that prices are forecast earlier will score higher, price movement already begun less.
- % gained on forecasts.
- Entry and Exit points given and accuracy of.
- Vote by other Steemians.
30 points with 5 points each category.
If anyone can think of any more factors to consider please let me know
Contest will run for a month with a prize of $5 SBD given for top each week.
Scoring will begin on Wednesday 6th September 9PM GMT (UTC 0) 3pm EST (UTC- 5).
Ranking will be posted every Wednesday with prize sent then.
Depending on amount of entries will be 1st prize only with less than 15 1st 2nd 3rd after.
$5 SBD will be given to a user who submits an entry that is in the top 3 at the finish on the 4th of October.
Disqualification and entry requirements
Accounts made after the start date or to be found to belong to the same user will not be considered.
Accounts that are found to be copying trades and information from online or other users will be disqualified.
If you have any other suggestion for rules that might make this contest fairer please let me know
If anyone would like to judge this contest with me i will accept 2 judges and pay $10SBD at contests end.

Due to interest and question on by @pjprivett and to make the contest more inclusive of fledgling traders I've decided to add another category :
Top Newcomer
Points will be given on
- Showing an understanding of indicators used.
- Accuracy of price entries/exits.
For this category entrants must have given either basic, very little or no trading analysis/tips in the past.
Prize will be $25SBD.
Winner will be chosen at the contests end so will give all users the chance to learn from the more experienced traders and try at Trading Analysis price prediction themselves.

Scoring will be public and reasons will be giving and will be open to dispute if anyone feels are inaccurate

I made the scoring extensive as to eliminate possibility of fraud.
For the main prize points are given also for presentation explanations so will be of some learning benefit also.
Yes I noticed how well thought out and dynamic the contest is. I look forward to seeing it and even if it is slow for the first month I think this could turn out to be very popular in this community so stick with it!

I know the importance is to participate.. but what will i gain if i do not win it?

whether low or high level all can enter even if you dont win either contest you would gain some bit of knowledge in crypto and trading by participating.
It is a contest for $100 SBD not everyone will win would be nice to give all participants something but would diminish rewards and would be a giveaway not a contest.
There will be two separate contests with one as top newcomer trader for $25SBD MIN which will run a month as to give chance to learn from the experienced traders here already.
