Minnow Fiction Author Support Lottery: Round Two

In this lottery series of lotteries, @croupierbot organizes small lotteries meant to support talented fiction authors on steemit.
@croupierbot is a simple bot meant to run lotteries that are verifiability impartial. Currently everything that @croupierbot earns is split. The STEEM Power is delegated to @croupierbot's creator @pibara while the SBD is used to run the Minnow Fiction Author Support Lottery . This lottery.

Apart from trying to support minnow fiction authors, @pibara would also like to promote making steemit a better platform for fiction by promoting the use of (sub)genre tags.

The rules for the first lottery in this series was, as it turns out, a bit complicated. So in this round the rules are more straight forward. No more prices for the person nominating an author. No more indirection through @minnowbooster. Just one price in SBD payable to the winning minnow fiction author.

So here are the rules:

• Everyone can nominate a fiction post by a minnow author.
• A minnow fiction author is any fiction post author who has accumulated less than 10 MVEST and who hasn't powered down.
• A nominated post can be up to six weeks old and should include a posting tag that describes its (sub)genre.
• To nominate a post, comment on this post with a link to the post you would like to nominate. Please make sure the above two preconditions are met before nominating.
• No more than three posts can be nominated per author.
• A winner will be drawn on November first or when there are at least three competing authors, whatever comes later
• The price money will be whatever the accumulated SBD is in the @croupierbot account, the day the winner is drawn. Today that is $5.- SBD
