新的挑战 New challenge
So, today is Easter Sunday. Finally 40 days of abstain diet went by. Things are going really well, as usually I would have gain weight over these 6 weeks of abstain, but this time I managed to lose some. Today, I ate almost every rubbish I managed to put inside my mouth. And I'll be weighting in right now.
今天是复活节了!40日的斋戒终于过去了。之前的节食都有相当理想的效果,这留个礼拜以来都没有再加重,还削减了一些。今天开斋后我几乎任何垃圾能塞进嘴巴的都塞了。现在来磅一下看。
计划 A Plan
I am going to redesign the workout plan for myself from April 2, 2018 onwards, I will have a series of bodyweight trainig. If you do not have a Freeletics app, can get it here. No I did not just ask you to sign up for a program, you don't have to if you don't want to. Just get the app, connect it with your FB or sign up a free account with your email. I'm using their free module. As for those who have no idea what a Freeletics does, checkout video below from Lavent
从四月二日开始,我将一个运动时间表调整了过来。如果你还没有Freeletics的话可以点击这里下载。别误会我没有叫你去给钱买他们的配套,秩序将脸书连上,或直接用电邮注册一个账号。我也是用那些免费的活动。如果你是完全不知道什么是Freeletics,又或者不知道它到底有多恐怖,请看以下视频。国内的朋友需要科学上网才看得到。

Below is the full plan for the next 29 days. I'm going to make this as a disciplinary workout so I will continue to do. A commitment to the internet is so much more motivating than whatever I can promise to myself.
