For Every Minute of Anger You loose 60 seconds of happiness
Life is much more interesting when there is no pressure and nothing to worry about unfortunately there is a very little no of people who are in that category !
In our life we get to face many things and upon doing that many things are opened to us .Some relations some friendship and most of it the people that hates us (do not really know why?) These things allows to rethink and go on with our life no matter what.
As a matter of fact the emotion that almost hits us all is the anger that we often feel in times.It is an emotion that often comes out of frustration or from the situation that you never expected to happen. While it is wise to get angry but it is not the thing that you expect to happen in certain situations.And always keep that in mind anger is not the emotion that backs you up it always makes you the person that you never want to be trust me !
As a matter For Every Minute of Anger You loose 60 seconds of happiness that is not the thing you want and do not take decisions when you are angry and do not make promises when you are happy .As they might come in handy after both the decisions are taken !

Happiness concars every anger if you can handle it .if you are angry you miss many opportunities that might not comeback again , because if you are angry you will not know or communicate with people in your environment and that people might be the once to take you to your destiny.
Happiness keeps you younger and be free like a bird .
