Steemit is evolving everyday.The people who are reading the post ,We are lucky as because we are the earliest members of Steemit.Each & everyday members are jopining Steemit in huge numbers .Which is indeed great to observe.Our community will be soon getting a lot of attraction in the coming days.

While few achievements are already made.Such as coming in the top 1000 visited sites,Steem as a crypto gaining a strong point in the market while many are living of by Steemit which is kind of cool to know.
Whereas,new members are getting a hard time in recognition as because the traffic is getting more & more everyday making the post of newcomers going outside the reach of whales or such Steemians who can help them.Some often claim that it takes some time to amke a post nut at the end they do not get any thing from the post ,BELIEVE ME EACH & EVERY STEEMIAN HAS BEEN IN THAT POSITION .Resulting few to leave or think otherwise of Steemit .While some often complain or think otherwise when they see the trending page and the huge payouts by the Steemians with high SP or with high reputation are receiving .
Let me say to those who are complaining :
Nothing comes easy ,they are in that position as of because they do deserve to be there .Many were here from the start of the community where many dropped out from here loosing faith from here but they stick with the community and hold it together by their limitless effort and some even invested heavily with cash.Countless hours of effort and believing that this community will be big one day, was their strength.
Do not worry or think about their payouts ,focus on building your account to that point where one day you will be on the trending page with those huge payouts.
- Make quality contents.
- Engage with other Steemians.
- Learn each and everyday how this community works.
- You might be lucky to get across one of the whales or a mentor out in here ;)_
- Never let yourself down thinking that you can not do this rather think you will have to do this .
As for me, the trending page constantly work for an inspiration and motivation for me to go ahead and make my posts even better and more appreciable to users :)
Success is not a easy way to go through, go through the hard paths and work your way out of it !

You are right. they worth the big payouts. I myself joined last june ... excited for a while, then when steem price dropped ( seeing my investment go down than 50% as I joined in the hype, I quit for few months ( kept the investment but quit the - communication - better bought more though :(
Returning back to community as if a new commer .... need to establish relations anew!
If I kept faith and communicating during those lost months, I ‘d have made more relations .. more reputation .. and more income by now.
But those people who heavily invested time, effort and money in the low-faith months, now they deserve it.

Nice post. It describes how some of us (newbies) feel seeing the votes and payouts the older members get. Well, the fact is we can't compare ourselves with them. They would have invested a lot into getting to whatever level they are. Word for the new members: keep writing, keep on posting, keep on trying hard and invest your best and the sky will be your beginning.
