* This is something that we all want and it is one of the thing that we do need to give up on expecting praise from others.Sprinkling your ego with dew drops of praise is the furthest thing from their minds.

Give up on negative self-talk.

* Give up on being defensive.Like it is said no body is perfect raise your hand if you just love getting feedback and critiques.Learn from your mistakes.Okay, so maybe hearing criticism is a little difficult for all of us. But, in order to become more successful, it is indeed necessary.

* The mistake that we all intend to make while we are in an emotional stage,“Don’t make a permanent decision from your temporary emotion.”

The most important thing that you should believe in is "Give up self-doubt."
