Hodl is the way, the long run will surely bring profit. Most of the news and trends i've seen for the top coins are positive.

I sold different kinds of altcoins and bought more steem and steem-up obviously;)! If u love the platform U've got to invest in it.
Yeah I think you are making a good decision. A lot of my friends on social media started talking about steemit and sharing it to their friends. I just got on and it is much better here. More info and nice people :)

You literally posted nothing here. You asked two questions followed by 10 other old posts and then how we can tip you if we like your content. To answer your question, no, I did not like your content! I found it meaning less and was only posted to gain dollars, with no original content what so ever.
The word engagement was right in the title, with a call to action but I guess you missed that.
If you think every post on here needs to be long, you are missing 3/4 of the point of this entire platform as well as the debates on that issue over the months and short content actually preferred by many people.
people read comment sections to learn things with new people coming daily.
that is the type of post that often DOES the most for community, it is not about what YOU think is just for .... earnings

I am pulling profits this week from some huge gains on Alts and placing profits far away from exchanges with their issues and govt compliance problems.
I am glad to see BTS and Steem doing so well. It will be interesting to see if LTC has much more momentum in the near term.

I had planned on getting all my crypto into cold storage and hodling, though unfortunately the hacker who stole my lifes savings from my coinbase account had other ideas. If you could, do you think you could help me spread this article around so others can be warned about the potential that they could lose it all? Dealing with an unexpected vehicle expense (gonna have to swap the engine), so not much action for me in the speculative department. Cryptofolio sits unchanged in its contents from last week, but I'm curious to see what happens with STEEM, kinda wish I would have invested and powered up a bit. I guess I'll see after I receive my first post payout (haven't been here a week yet, so haven't gotten any payouts). Upvoted and supported!

Thank you Barry, I enjoy your commentary as well, and indeed it is (life).
You may have noticed, my strategy up to this point has been to increase my reputation score with many smaller, meme-centric posts, so my better quality stuff can actually be seen. I'd wager a guess that most people who become disillusioned with Steem and never grow beyond "dust" are hitting the ground running, producing the best possible content they can, right out the gate, and watching as it goes nowhere. I am guilty of trying to do the same, but when my first 2 articles fizzled and didn't even yield 1 cent, I researched a new plan of action.
Now that I have risen to over level 40 in a week, I think I'll be getting back on track with producing more polished, complete articles and presentations.
