Beer Tasting: Bergkönig Pale Ale
Hello beer tasters!
Today I have 0.33 l botlle of Bergkönig Pale Ale, bought in a local Hofer store. Bergkönig is a Hofer home brand brewed in various breweries.
Bergkönig Pale Ale
This one is brewed by microbrewery Tektonik, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The beer is clean golden color, with less foam than average. Mild malt aroma, corn sweetness, bitter taste of hops, which remains for some time in the mouth. The next sip is the same.
Nothing special for Pale Ale beer. I would have expected more from this brewery. But, as Stones say, you can't always get what you want...
