Beat Battle League Results | Season #2 Round #1

Ayyyyyy it seems the Theme Song theme brought the best out of the awesome Steemian music producers.

This week we have twelve (12) different Steemian producers creating entries based off of the theme of Theme songs. Inspiration could be from TV, Movie, and/or video game theme songs or even create your own theme song as a few Steemians chose to do.

Remember the entries for the Beat Battle League are judged on:

• Sound Quality: does the beat sound crispy, in speakers and headphones, is there cracking or recording errors? How loud can we play it before you notice quality issues? etc

• Technicality: what are the skills you displayed in making this beat? The technical aspects of the your craft. The layers and sounds do they match? How many? etc

• Creativity: how unique your entry is. How well it revolves around the universal theme? Holy smokes we have never heard that sound before? A creative video and/or artwork o yeahhhhh.

Man I am in love with this instrumental.

Such an all around incredible entry. Everything from the professional and detailed-laced artwork to the amount of knowledge and information shared in your post to the incredibly high-quality instrumental.

Wowzers did you do one heck of a job this round.

Absolutely love the combination of sounds you start the instrumental off with (especially that string at 0:23). Establishes the theme right away.

And loved that whistle type sound you bring in around 1:00 and then that soulful vocal you included at 1:13 yesssssss.

And then you take us on such an enjoyable ride the rest of the beat. Loved the intensity and emotion you created with the entry all while paying homage to the epic X-Files.

Love how you accentuate the Seinield theme song and add your twist and style to it.

Makes me smile so big hearing this. You definitely channel the fun spirit of the show with this beat. Especially ending it with "no soup for you" yesssssssss. Man you dominated the theme this week.

Love what you do to that Curb Your Enthusiasm theme song. Add such incredible layers and dimensions to it.

And man does this beat just flow. So easy to get lost in your arrangement.

That combo of synth and the different sounds you keep interjecting throughout the instrument is fantastic and kept me engaged all the way thru.
