Beat Battle League- Season 2, Episode 1: Stranger Beats
As I am getting more involved in the Steemit community, I decided I would begin participating in @chiefmappster 's Beat Battle League. This is the season two opener, and the theme is "theme song." I decided to sample one of my absolute favorite sci fi thrillers, Stranger Things.
I sampled the theme song, chopped it up, and also added my own synth work via my Korg Minilogue. I kept it short, spacey and HEAVY. I also added some fun quotes from a favorite character. Use your powers, ok?!?! I hope you guys like my first entry in this awesome contest. Turn it up!!!!!

Thank you! The picture is the default picture for the beat battle competition I entered this into, so I just used that and added my logo and the Stranger Things logo. I'm glad you dig the dark vibes because a lot of my music definitely has that feel :) we'll get along just fine

I can see you definitely did holy smokes what an awesome entry.
Loved how your intertwined the samples so nicely. You kept the flow and made sure the theme is reinforced.
And how you chopped it freakin fantastic in my opinion. Kept the inspiration but twisted it into a new awesome creation.
