The creation process:
Last week, as I was tweaking "Almëa Galadriel" to create "Cell", I was saving in-between stages to show the creation process of "Cell". These were the stages:
For this week, I took the third image above and continued tweaking it into a different direction. Thus Paradigm was born:
Contest Winners!
Two weeks ago I ran a contest for lovers of colouring things in. I didn't get as many entries as I was hoping for, but on the bright side, that made it easy for me to choose the winners ;P ... I also made a small change to the prizes. Instead of there being a first, second and third place, there are now two first places (2SBD each) and one second place (1SBD):

I chose these two for first place because the effort they put into it was obvious... I love how @deemarshall printed it and coloured it with pencils, and even found a butterfly in there, breaking the symmetry a bit. And @lildebbiecakes added her own textures and little patterns to it, making it different.
And second place goes to...:
I really loved this! Those who know me know that I love the space them... Very creative, deleting parts of the image, and decreasing the opacity of the rest to get the stars to shine through... ^^
Congratulations to you guys =) It's so cool to see my design coloured into these different interpretations. I'll be sending the SBD right after I post this ;)
Lastly, I have a question for everyone... I am thinking of designing 60 - 80 black and white fractal mandalas/motifs, similar to these and other styles too, for an adult colouring book, self-published on Amazon. Would you buy such a book? =)

I think your designs are unique enough that there would be a market for them. I would probably not buy one to color as I use my spare time on Steemit. But with that said, since I know you in a social media kinda way, I’d probably buy one and help by resteeming to help with your marketing efforts.
In the event that you do that, I’d encourage you also sell them on Amazon under your own marketplace in which case you could sell autographed copies at a small premium.
I’m not sure how much time/money would be involved, but if it’s not to much money I would encourage you to do it. I m sure it would take a lot of time, but you could also blog about your progress on Steemit.
Since you already have your own website where you sell your prints that would be a great addition.

I agree that it would be a great addition to my prints (though I have yet to sell any prints ;P) .. Self-publishing on Amazon is exactly what I had in mind. Yeah, I have the same problem at the moment... I have neglected some of my other hobbies since starting up here on Steemit ;P ... My 5000-piece puzzle is just sitting there, 1/4 done, and I've been half-way through David Copperfield for weeks now. lol.
It’s to bad that you haven’t sold any of your prints on your website. If I had the funds I especially like your “Boiled Logic”. Have you been showing any of these in a gallery? You mentioned 5000 piece puzzle, man, some of your works would make awesome puzzles. Have you ever thought of doing that? Hmmm. Maybe you should try and do a fundition fund raiser and get some puzzles made?

I'm thinking of publishing a book with about 60 to 80 different designs for colouring in... Would that be something you would buy? =) Have you bought any other adult colouring-in books?
I am sorry to tell you I would not buy it for myself because I would never have the time to use it. I would buy it as a gift for someone though. Colouring interesting designs is relaxing.
Oh don't worry, I know how time is an issue! I've neglected many of my hobbies recently in favour of Steemit ;P ... But yes, I think it would make a wonderful gift. I'm going to do it just so that I'll be able to send a few copies to family and friends! ^^
