BREXIT: Election Scare Run!
As the breaking news already said, EU agreed to grant UK Brexit deadline ‘flextension’ till January 31st… And Johnson’s snap general election motion is refused. Oh, surprise!
So, no ‘do-or-die’ Brexit on October 31st. By now, only a newborn in politics wouldn’t know that EU will allow any extension which enables further control of the Aspiring Empire over the Wet Island. In the manner of modern times, the Aspiring Empire have made its announcement over the social media — President of the Aspiring Empire Council, Donald Tusk, confirmed the EU27 leaders had agreed to the UK’s request — three months delay — with the decision expected to be “formalized through a written procedure” later.
And tonight, MPs should vote on PMs motion for the snap general election. Johnson got a Pyrrhic victory: 299-70, but not enough for a majority needed — he needed 434. Before they try again tomorrow, let’s see the best recapitulation of this day, made by MP John Redwood:

As with every breaking point, the question arises: What then could happen after the October 31st?
Alternatives…
What does ‘flextension’ means? It means that UK could leave EU if a deal is ratified by House of Commons, before the new deadline on January 31st. Which makes analysts, like for example political commentator Anthony Webber, who believes the UK may still be in the same position at the end of January:

Well, maybe. Can you imagine the opposition running scared of elections? This one is on the chicken run. They would rather hold a nation hostage around a no-deal Brexit!
So, no Brexit on October 31st. Bad for Boris? He didn’t fulfill his promise? Polling expert Professor John Curtice thinks that a general election could be a ‘successful pitch to voters’ from Boris Johnson — they could perceive him as somebody who is genuinely fighting for Brexit. And 40% of Brits still want Brexit resolved before a general election…

…and 50% of Brits want an immediate general elections:
At this moment you would probably want to know the name of Boris Johnson’s hair stylist. That’s the man who has made a PM so great scarecrow to the opposition. Unfortunately for the same opposition, they have another, even bigger scarecrow — Nigel Farage and his Brexit party! You can imagine another scenario: Let’s say the big deal is finally adopted in the House of Commons. Negotiations on implementation starts, and Michel Barnier, European Union's Chief Negotiator for the United Kingdom Exiting the European Union, already said that they can last at minimum three years! A regular general elections will occur during this ‘blackmailing negotiations’, and guess who will win that elections?
I won’t tell you that, because we will have to, following this story, write something else except that boring: “As we already predicted…”
And don’t forget the most important — Justice!
And while Brexit shenanigans are in full swing, very small number of people have realized that in the meantime, with the UK democracy, UK Judicial system is also gone. It is not even an attachment of the US system, but completely gone as a system in function of justice. You can listen what Roger Waters has to say about the treatment of Julian Assange… and then remember the words of a philosopher Baruch Spinoza: “Peace is not an absence of war, it is a virtue, a state of mind, a disposition for benevolence, confidence, JUSTICE.”

Don’t forget Julian Assange!

This sounds like "a neverending prayer" (Dutch expression). You have my Discord vote. Is there some happy news too? Something without the EU?
Happy day. 💕
