Animated Review of Marshall Goldsmith's book, Triggers

in #books8 years ago

Marshall Goldsmith is the coach of leaders. He's been named by INC magazine America's #1 executive coach and by the Economist, the most credible thought leaders in the new era of business. So, I'd say he's kindof a big deal.

One of his books, Triggers, is about adult behavioral change. In it he provides some of the strategies he's been using or implementing in his work with these 'big' executives.

Unsurprisingly, our environment and stimuli from it drastically impact the way we live our lives. In this animated review, I talk about this in more detail and I also present some of my key take-home messages from Goldsmith's book.
