Health is always a great treasure. Our goal is to educate all users about a healthy lifestyle, applying different strategies such as contests and daily dynamics.

Here we are having a Daily Healthy Dynamic. We hope that our Healthy Steemians will enjoy it and love to share healthy content. Pick up your pens and share your healthy Dynamics. Day	Daily Dynamics
Monday	Healthy Lifestyle : (How do you balance your life, nutrition, sleep, stress management, mental health, etc.)
Tuesday	Educational (Any health-related tutorial post will be welcomed. It can be tips, sharing information about a disease, etc.)
Wednesday	Health and the environment (clean air, pollution, adequate water, hygiene, at home, workspaces, etc.)
Thursday	The Diary Game day. Share your healthy day with us. (Your healthy shopping, healthy eating, exercising, fun activities with the family, etc.)
Friday	Photo of the Week (ONE photo ONE post). You can share anything about a photo you have taken regarding health. (Fruit at home, a meal you’ve cooked, etc.) NB! (It must be healthy.)
Saturday	Healthy Food (Post any healthy food-related post in the form of a diary game post, a review, sharing a recipe, eating out, etc.)
Sundays	Health: (You can write any post about health. It can be about weight issues, healthy food, check-ups, sports, etc., as long as it is health-related.)
