The cat / cow yoga office exercise

For this exercise you need a chair. It is best if the chair is the size that it is under the chest (this can then be better used for further exercises).

This yoga office exercise is again a stretching exercise. It should follow the yoga poses "The Cat" and "The Cow".

First, make sure that both soles of the feet get up on the floor.

Then put your hands on your knees and keep your shoulders straight (do not let them sag too much).

Then we stretch the chest forward and bend the head slightly backwards.

During the exercise you can calmly close your eyes and focus on the breathing.

This exercise is to stretch a bit after sitting in the office for a long time.

It is an easy exercise.

For the cow, the steps are the same as for the cat. Only that one bends his head forward here.

Again with this exercise you can close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.

You can if you want to hold the poses 20 seconds each and then change.
