Office Yoga Exercise "Forward Bend" Office Edition

For this exercise you need a chair. It is best if the chair is the size that it is under the chest (this can then be better used for further exercises).

In this exercise, you stand behind the chair (about a long step away from the chair).

Then you lean forward his torso, holding with both hands on the chair backrest hard.

It is important to make sure that your legs, back and arms are straight.

If you are in a pose, you should hold it for 20 seconds.

The exercise is quite good for the butt and back muscles.
