Expect nothing from people and everything will make sense
Sometimes no effort is needed. You just see it
If you could use a time machine to rewind your life, you would see that important people, relationships, situations and joys just happened.
With no effort, no reason, accidentally sometimes.
And as many times as we forced situations, relationships, events, nothing worked well.
A big why is what we remember.
Some people call it a coincidence, but go back and see .. always when something is beautiful, it happens beautifully, sweetly and effortlessly, like the pure running water in a river in the forest.
And as for the rushing waterfalls you met, they broke with a bust, as soon as their momentum ended.
If you live your life with the eyes of your soul wide open miracles start to happen
But do we?
Very often we hang on people and events that block this sweet flow of our lives, which intersect it wildly leaving nothing inside us, and stealing our joy.
Whenever you are disappointed by the people who are important to you, just think you expected more than what they were meant to give you.
You saw it, you knew it, yet you were hoping. You have no one to blame for the expectations you have cultivated. How many times has the same thing been repeated?
You can at least stop having expectations. Make sure you look at the reality next time, as it is and not as you would want it to be. Watch the people around you, depending on how much they want to be part of your life and not on how much you would want them to be.
When our needs are different and the criteria that everyone considers to be significantly different, you are invited to choose what you want and who you want in your life.
We will not stay on whether it is right or not to be disappointed with the people in our lives.
Let's stay in what we feel.
Therefore, in order for you to be my choice you should want it.To be part of my life, you should want it. No matter how much I hope and I dream of them if there is no response, all I will do is once again get disappointed by the people around me ... from the people I considered important and I thought they were part of my life and myself part of their own life ...
Remember...people do not disappoint you, you are disappointed with the expectations you have for the people around you ...

I agree with you completely then sometimes you can be happily surprised when people show their love.
Life has always its way to surprise you.
Both, positively and negatively. But i assume that if you have no expectations from people you kinda eliminate the negative side..
it is still there balancing things out but it sure eliminates the stress :)
Yes, spot on! It couldn't have been made any clearer.

Yes, we shoudn't expect too much! As it says:
Therefore we should be reasonable on what we expect from ourselves and others!
