It is determined to the wine as a congenital sustenance by fermentation of the grape, "fresh, crushed or must," it is worth clarifying that all other supposed wines called "Wines of pears, strawberries or other fruits" do not fall into the category of wine, As indicated in the resolution "Law 24/2003, of July 10, on the Vine and Wine"

Argentine wine, a drink that unites my people, is not only a drink, it is also a reason for meeting, celebration and celebration, it is in the majority of Argentine tables.

Our wines are produced mainly in the following provinces: "Mendoza, San Juan, Salta, La Rioja, Córdoba, Catamarca, Neuquén, Río Negro, Entre Ríos, Chubut, Buenos Aires and Santa Fe"

The wine represents our national drink, we are the largest producers of "Latin America" and "fifth" wines worldwide.

Argentina has been gaining many hectares in vineyards for the elaboration of wines, which has made many wineries have been developed, today I want to talk about a particular winery, "Etchart winery"

Fuente: http://www.bodegasetchart.com/intro.php

The history of this winery begins in "1938" when "Arnaldo Etchart" decides to buy 65 hectares of land to dedicate to the vine plantations, in the locality of "Florida" the first sowings of "torrontes" grapes are realized, Then other varieties of grapes were planted as "cavernet sauvignon, chardonnay, malbec, merlot"

It is important to highlight the "French origin" of the "vine" it is estimated that at present this winery has more than 300 hectares dedicated to the sowing of grapes for the production of its own wines.

In 1850 the winery is inaugurated, in "La Florida locality of Chafáyate province of Salta" this winery has a particularity, its vineyards are at a height of "1700 meters above sea level" which makes "some of the vineyards Highest in the universe "

Wines and their segmentations

This winery is very organized, its products are arranged in a clear segmentation for the taste and pleasure of its consumers, it has three segments called "Gran Reserva, Privados and Rio de la Plata".

Within the segmentation Gran reserva we can find the wines: "Arnaldo B., C.Rosa and Etchart Torrontés late."

Within the segmentation of Private we can find the wines: "Cabernet Sauvigñon, Malbec, Merlot, Malbec cabernet, torrontés, Chardonay, and Torrontés Chardonay"

Within the segmentation of Rio de la Plata we can find wines: "Cabernet Sauvigñon, Malbec, Merlot, Malbec Cabernet, torrontés, chardonay and torrontés chardonay"
