To wine is determined as a congenital sustenance by fermentation of the grape, "fresh, crushed or must," it is worth clarifying that all other supposed wines called "Wines of pears, strawberries or other fruits" do not fall into the category of wine, As indicated in the resolution "Law 24/2003, of July 10, on the Vine and Wine"

There are as many varieties and brands of wines as consumers in the world, each wine has its own peculiarity and singularity, this is the reason why there are several ways to classify them.

Navigating the web I cross with this great material where he teaches us how to classify Rosé wines and I would like to share it with all of you.

"Overall ranking of Rosé wines"

The "classic" rosé wines, although it is hard to believe these wines are not made with pink grapes, the pink grapes have little ink on their skin and are therefore more used to make "very soft pink wines" or "white wines"

The procedure of elaboration of these wines is realized with the grapes ink, leaving for a short period their skin in their "maceration" only to give the pink color and then they remove all the skin in the process of elaboration, the other process is placing "50% of red grapes with skin and 50% of red grapes without skin".

Within the variety of "rosé wines" we can find sweet, dry, dark and clear wines, in recent years these wines have gained many markets, so we can find a great variety of rosé wines and you can see "dark rosé wines "And" light pink wines "

"Light Pink Wines"

The "clear rosé wines" originate from "Buerdeos" known as claret or clairet wines. These wines are obtained with the following grapes: "Garnacha, Tempranillo, verdejo".

A wine of very light color "soft palate and light texture" are wines to drink in spring and summer, it is recommended to drink well cold.

"Dark Pink Wines"

The "dark rosé wines" these wines are processed with "red grapes" as the "Merlot and Syrah".

A wine with "body" according to the producer can find wines "sweet, semi-sweet or dry"

"Pink Wines Pinot Gris"

The "Pinot Gris" wines originated in "Burgundy France" and their grapes descended from "Pinot Noir", those whose origins in "Italy" are known as "Pinot Grigio"

A wine that does not have so much "body", goes from the colors "golden yellow intense to copper and even pink reflections" when drinking you can appreciate a wine "fruity with memories of dry leaves, herbs and dry mushrooms"

"Gewurztraminer Wines"

Fuente: http://www.vanitatis.elconfidencial.com/gastronomia/vinos/2016-08-24/rio-negro-gerwuztraminer_1250087/

The "Gewrztraminer Wines" originate in Italy, bears his name in honor of the "Villa Tramin or Termeno" was formerly called "Traminer"

These grapes develop well in places of "cold weather" in Argentina occurs in "Patagonia".

"Canarí Wines"

Fuente: http://e.viagourmet.com/la-bebida/notas/avarizza-canari-un-vino-unico.html

The "Canarí wines" are very special are made with Canarí grapes originally from the "southwest of France", for a long time these grapes were confused with the "Pinot Gris"

In Argentina there is a "7 hectare" vineyard with this grape variety in the "Valle de Uco"

A wine of "cherry red" color when drinking is perceived rich odors to "strawberry, plum and cherry" of flavor "fruity dulzón"

These are the most significant varieties of rosé wines, I hope that these little tips you can use to enjoy a good wine and have enjoyed as much as already when doing the post, we do not see in the next post where we see some tips came.

The world of wine is impressive.
Thank you very much dear friend @ddschteinn for this nice visit

Not a big wine drinker, but I sure do appreciate all that is involved and the many many great different types now. The same with beer. There are so many great beers being produced by small breweries in the US now. It's amazing.
