Hello dear friends, thank you for accompanying my work, this is the second post I publish with reference to the wines, last week publish the wines of my country, its process, which came to choose from each menu, how to conserve wine, temperatures Ideal to consume and how to serve the wine, a complete and interesting guide to the wine, if you missed the previous post you just have to enter the link that follows.https://steemit.com/came/@jlufer/the-wine-of-my-country-and-with-what-meals-to-consume-them

Navigating the web I cross with this great material where it teaches us how wines are classified and I would like to share it with all of you.

To wine is determined as a congenital sustenance by fermentation of the grape, "fresh, crushed or must," it is worth clarifying that all other supposed wines called "Wines of pears, strawberries or other fruits" do not fall into the category of wine, As indicated in the resolution "Law 24/2003, of July 10, on the Vine and Wine"

There are as many varieties and brands of wines as consumers in the world, each wine has its own peculiarity and singularity, this is the reason why there are several ways to classify them.

The most well-known classifications are "general classification, age classification and sorting by sweetness"

"General classification" wines are the most used method to group them according to the method of elaboration, including red, white and rosé wines.

"Classification by Age"

The wines of "age classification" refer to the time of the wine that was in the barrel or in the bottle before going on sale.

"Sorting for Sweetness"

Los vinos de “clasificación por dulzor” son bebidas organizadas según el tenor de azúcar que contiene el vino.

These three categories of classifications are the most used to group the different types of wines and their corresponding brands.

The wines of "general classification" are grouped in two important segments the classic wines and the special wines

These "classic wines" are mostly "dry" drinks, the alcohol content can vary from 8.5 to 14.5% and three types of wines are known: "whites", "reds" and "rosés".

"Classical white wines" is obtained from the elaboration of white grapes, but these grape varieties are not very common, the other process of elaboration is to remove the skin to "red grapes" so as not to dye the wine and obtain the wine Traditional white.

"Classification classic red wines"

"Classic" wines are produced with "grapes inks", without removing the skin to achieve the color bordolino.

The "classic rosé" wines have a singularity, the process of elaboration of these wines are made with white grapes and inks, another process is placing 50% of red grapes with skin and 50% of grapes without skin.

The wines "generous special" are usually "dry, sweet or sweet" are made with selected grapes, respecting the original processes, their alcohol content varies between 14 and 23%.

In this category, the "wines of Portugal the Porto and Madeira" from "France the Sauternes" from "Hungary the Tokay" and "Jerez" stand out.

The wines "special natural sweet" is achieved by cutting the fermentation process, keeping part of the sugar from the grapes and the alcohol content in the drinks.

In this variety we can find the "Oporto and the Mistelas"

The second model of "classification is by age", in this category we have the "young wines", "wines of crianza" "wines of crianzas reserva" and wines of "crianzas gran reserva"

The "young" wines have three presentations, "red, rosé and white" these wines have the peculiarity of not having been in contact with the wood of the barrel and are consumed between 12 and 24 months from the harvests of the grapes. The latter as the maximum period of consumption.

"Crianza" wines are usually red and white and rarely are some rosés, these were for six months in contact with the wood of the barrel and resting inside the bottle about 18 months.

The fitness of this wine ranges from 3 years to 10 years maximum. Depending on the process of production of the producer.

Finally the third classification is by the tenor of sugar that contains the wine that goes from 5 grams to 50 grams per liter of wine.

Wines containing up to 5 grams of sugar per liter are called "dry"

Wines containing from 5.1 grams to 15 grams of sugar per liter are called "semi-dry"

Wines containing 15.1 grams up to 30 grams of sugar per liter are called "sweet wines"

Wines containing 30.1 grams to 50 grams of sugar per liter are called "semi sweet"

Finally wines containing 50.1 grams of sugar in a liter are called "sweet"
