Dear friends, I have regularly seen decalogues, phrases and thoughts in the style what would an autistic person ask you?

Writing a thought is more than making a phrase.
As Aspergian!
"Nothing about me without me and do not bother when I tell you.
Finally when you have consolidated a routine, the stress levels drop drastically. But routines are susceptible to modification. You can keep them a period and feel safe; But when changes have to be made, it takes time to reorganize life again.
Routines are also important because they make things more predictable, you can take certain distances and have the time to prepare and deal with more unforeseen circumstances.
But contrary to what many people believe and think, for us the routines are not prisons, nor perennial borders. They are important references in the day and help us organize ourselves.
Like most people, routines seem healthy and necessary.
