Welcome to week #10 of the Vegans of Steemit Newsletter! Let's see what happened in the vegan & veggie community these past days and catch up with some of the best posts out there!
The goal of this Newsletter is to showcase the most interesting publications from our vegan Steemit community during the week, and introduce new members worth checking out. We also feature a Q&A section at the end of the newsletter, in which non-vegans can ask anything they need to know about veganism and how to get there. Help us spread the vegan love!
- This week, I stumbled upon a great conversation between @krishool and @alexande_boyd about veganism and animals:
Many people believe that vegans don't have a lot of food choices, but they are wrong! The purpose of this section is to portray just how many different delicious meal recipes there are to choose from, the options are endless! Each week, we'll show you at least three different recipes, one for breakfast, lunch / dinner, as well as some mouth watering desserts.
- Here's another delicious breakfast bowl for you guys to try out. Thank you @birdsinparadise for bringing some tropical flavors into our day:
- @chetanpadliya brings us a quick and simple way to make our own peanut butter. If you don't want to buy the commercial stuff full of chemicals, you can simply make your own organic peanut butter:
- @a0i is sharing a great pumpkin chili recipe with us! Perfect for fall season when it's too cold and rainy to go outside:
- Our beautiful vegan and veggie community is welcoming a brand new member today. His name is @suehenningsson, and he made a pretty cool video about how he makes sure to cover his protein needs as a vegan:
- And last but not least, @bvgan is showing all the mommies and dads out there how to make sure to raise healthy vegan kids/babies:

Oh man that chili looks so warm and inviting! I always love what @birdsinparadise and @chetanpadliya bring to the table, as well. I will definitely bookmark the videos to check out, too. Great work as always @evecab!
