I think each international airport of each country is beautiful by its own styles. Today, I would like to present you our Thai international airport called, “Suvarnabhumi”.

Suvarn = golden
Bhumi = land

Suvarnabhumi = golden land (The land that has prosperity.....)

We can say that Suvarnabhumi Airport is one of the biggest international airports in Southeast Asia.

To impress foreigners at first sight, the design of the large open air of the terminal building of Suvarnabhumi Airport are characteristic of beauty of Thai art and culture, such as the wonderful statues of giants which were simulated from the temple of the Emerald Buddha. These characters are from the famous literature of Ramayana.

Orchids are well-known as one of the most beautiful flowers in Thailand. You will see a lot of orchids in several areas in the building.

I'm really happy to know that Thailand is your future again.....

I'm trying to do my best on Steemit! I always highly appreciate for your support! ;)

All those flowers are amazing. That would take a lot of work to put up and maintain. Very impressive indeed. I like the idea they make it a nice place to visit, since it can be very stressful to be in an airport...if things aren't going OK. Very smart, and beautiful. Thanks for sharing another interesting part of your corner of the world with us. And have a most wondrous day today.

Thanks so much for your nice comment! I'm happy to know that you like the place.... Yes, it would take a lot of work to put up and maintain, as you said, indeed! I like their idea, too!

Yeah! You'll not be stressful when you arrive the airport..... You are welcome to Thailand soooooon! ;))

It would be fun to be there. That's for sure. And now, I'll know what to expect at the airport, if and when I make it that way.
Did you go to pick someone up at the airport, or will they just let you in to take pictures? So much to shoot there. I have a series I've got to finish up, of photos from an airport or two in the past year of Christmas/Thanksgiving travel. ONE day I'll get that done. (I still need to finish the Eclipse Chronicles. I yii yiiiii). Have a nice day today, my friend.

Yeah! It would be fun if you go there. But, don't expect the things like these because they would change them each season.

Oh! I'm looking forward to reading your series and seeing your photos from the airports with much interest.... That'll be really great! ;)

Have a pleasant day, today, my friend! ;))

Your government is successful in their aim to impress foreigners through this airport. This is definitely a sight to behold. The flowers is a nice touch, especially the orchids that were arranged to serve as peacock tailfeathers. I got curious about Ramayana and am reading about the Divine Prince now. I might delve more into Hindu mythology thanks to you my friend. 😊
I always, ALWAYS, learn something new when I visit your blog, @tangmo! You're amazing as always.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comment! I love those peacocks, too! It's good to know that you like Hindu mythology and the Ramayana.... I'm really happy that you can learn something from my blog! ;))

The amazing beauty of the floral arrangements! Very beautiful orchids. These peacocks of orchids is something beyond my understanding. This is real art. It is a pity that they're going to wither. But they look amazing. I at some point even forgot that the building of the airport. Multi-tiered throne displays Your culture, and a Christmas tree reminds you that New Year's sweeping the Planet. Wow! I have so many emotions. Cool! I really liked the post. Thank you, @tangmo
