Come First of May || Tanggal 1 Bulan Mei

Good morning!

It's 1st of May 🌸💐🏵️💮🌻🌷

I know Vernal Equinox was back in March, but March was still super snowing, so let's just welcome first of May as official Spring month 😉

Whenever it's first of May, Bee Gee's song always comes to my mind and I would sing the song pretty often, especially in the shower 😁 Funny, it's actually about their dog, yet the words are so lovely, one wouldn't think the song is actually about a dog 😃

So, for welcoming the lovely word of Spring (it's not so lovely where I am at the moment, as it was super windy and cold yesterday, and today would be so-so), I'd like to share you this Spring-feeling cake 😉

This cake consists of many layers and only after the cake was gone (picked up), I checked my picture files and realized from the 2-3 pictures I took, the bee 🐝 was not facing me 😂 It was when I had not adjusted the 🐝 yet. A-ma-teur 😂

Sometimes I don't really have time to take nice cake shots when the customers would show up before the supposed time.

Selamat pagi teman,

Sudah bulan Mei aja nih. Ga sabar lihat bunga-bunga bermekaran.

Kemarin tiba-tiba cuaca ga seru. Angin kencang, dingin, dan langit gelap sekali. Padahal menurut lamaran cuaca, minggu ini seharusnya matahari bersinar panas. Tapi yah, namanya juga ramalan. Kalau orang beneran bisa meramal, pasti banyak yang menang porkas 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Setiap bulan Mei datang, aku selalu teringat lagunya The Bee Gees, tau kan? Grup 3 bersaudara dari Australia, yang cukup terkenal di Indonesia tahun 60an, 70an, 80an. Nah, mereka punya satu lagi yang judulnya First of May, Tanggal 1 Bulan Mei. Lagunya bagus dan syahdu. Cocok buat nyanyi menyambut bulan Mei.

Nih lagu, sebenarnya tentang seekor anjing mereka 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ga ada hubungannya tentang menyambut bulan Mei. Tapiiii, karena mereka nulis syairnya puitis dan ga ada menggambarkan tentang seekor binatang, banyak yang ga tau makna asli lagu Ini 🤣
