А почему по разные стороны забора? ;)
Могу только строить предположения. Например, охотничьей собаке надо побегать, поэтому её завели на площадку и спустили с поводка. А пекинесу это неважно, поэтому с ним просто гуляют по газону, держа на поводке. А поговорить-то дамам есть о чём. :)
