Article 263 of the Constitution which came into force in this country on 26 January 1950. This article 343 has been written that for the next 15 years, English will be the language of Union Government in this country and state governments can do so. After completion of 15 years i.e., since 1965, it will be done to remove English. A parliamentary committee will be formed which will give its views about English and then after the President's recommendation a bill will be created and then the English will be removed from this country and Hindi and other Indian languages ​​will be established in its place. This is what is in the first paragraph graph of Article 343 but in the third paragraph graph of the same paragraph it has been written that if any of the different states of India opposed Hindi then English will not be removed. Then, in Article 348, it has been written that in India even if the language spoken in a common colloquial language, in the Supreme Court, English will remain the official language in the High Court.
