After weeks of so much fun and togetherness with his family, it was time to return back to their base... On the day of the departure... His father called them in... After giving them a piece of his advice on couple's counselling, he hugged them both, gave them his blessings, and prayed for them for journey mercies back to their home...
ITOHAN was sad to go, she really did enjoy been there with his family... She sure would miss them all, they were such great people... Each and every one of them... She hugged all she could, and with teary eyes and the promise to visit again they left....
They got home late, both very hungry and exhausted, ITOHAN slept almost all through the journey, yet she felt so tired... Chinedu noticed it, and immediately set about preparing dinner for them both, she smiled and bless her stars for bringing him to her, then she drifted off to sleep...
Chinedu watched her sleep, and he couldn't help but smile, he knew most men wouldn't do this for their women... But he didn't mind... He felt it was his duty to make her happy, and God help him he would!!
Two months into her moving in, Chinedu was roused from sleep by a loud persistent knock… He couldn't understand who would knock, his neighbors and friends knew that boundaries were drawn since ITOHAN moved in… So he knew it wouldn't be any, but then who... The knock continued and Chinedu slowly walked to the door...
He opened it and standing there before him was an astonishing very beautiful woman, she looked so foreign, she stood looking at him with cold emerald eyes... Appraising him... He was surprised, she neither answered his greetings or even his questions of who she was... She simply brushed him aside and walked into the house... She got to where ITOHAN lay sleeping and tapped her awake... As ITOHAN got up and looked... ITOHAN screamed up... Mom??????
What, wait...! Mummy?... Chinedu eyes popped out…!!!
