Chinedu was filled up with so much joy, his queen won't be far from him anymore... He's going to so pamper her, not because of her father's threats but because she was his... She deserved it... She was the center of his world... His existence... He was never going to hurt her, never going to let her go, and his baby, oh his baby growing inside of her, he was going to love them both to perfection... He was going to make a perfect family... He sure was...!!!!
ITOHAN wasn't that scared anymore, with Chinedu by her side, she could war with the whole universe... The look in his eyes when he looks at her was all the strength she needed, and being under one roof, waking up with him, was just perfect!.. How many times she had lain on her bed, wondering how it will feel to wake up by his side.... She touched her still flat Tommy, she couldn't wait to see this miracle God is giving them, even if she wasn't ready for it... She will love this baby, make the baby have a perfect family...!!!!
Two weeks later there were off to meet Chinedu's parents, at the Eastern part of the country.... They'd been sitting in the bus now for close to four hours, one hour more, they will be there... ITOHAN was nervous, even Chinedu's reassuring words that they will adore her could stop the pounding of her heart, and she offered a silent prayer... They finally got to their destination... A lot of people, ran towards them, ITOHAN nearly ran off, but Chinedu held her firm, as the crowd got to them, one of the men who looked so much like Chinedu walked slowly towards her, ignoring Chinedu, he looked at her… And with a smile, he embraced her, murmuring '' welcome sis''... ITOHAN hugged him back... She was shocked, moved to tears, and one after the other, they all hugged her, welcoming her... ITOHAN felt so welcomed... She felt loved…!!!!
They got home, ITOHAN could see they were not rich, but they were content, as soon as they got in a booming laughing voice rang out... And soon the owner of the voice came in... He was a huge man, not like her father, he had a playful twinkle in his eyes, and laughter on his lips... Beyond any doubt ITOHAN knew this was Chinedu's father, The smiling man came to her, with the twinkling eyes filled with kindness, love and warmth, he spoke '' my daughter welcome to my home, indeed you are a queen, may your radiance shine over here, welcome to the family ''.. With that he hugged her... ITOHAN went all teary... She was home, she was really home....!!!!
