Let's welcome these new Steemians
It's been a while since I did this. Shame on me!
@gringalicious kind of reminded me of these posts. See, her sister just joined our little community. Knowing @gringalicious's talents with the camera and her journeys with her family, I'm sure her sister will have something good in store for us aswell. So that's why:
Number 1, @fullofhope - I like her intro, because it's basically a teaser of what's to come. Travel and good pictures sounds like a good deal to me!
Number 2, @guruji7 - A good introduction post in which we see what she's all about. I'm sure we'll see some interesting travel pictures from her aswell!
Number 3 , @somethingsubtle - This man has also written a good introduction post. For you crypto lovers out there, he shows a real appreciation for Ethereum. I wonder if he will continue his long blogging history of "bad poetry, silly stories, amateur graphic designs, and college newspaper opinion pieces" here with us!
I did not have to look for long to find these posts. What a good quality in the introduceyourself tag today! There's a lot too, so we keep gaining more and more users. Exciting times.
These are far from the only proper introduction posts, but I don't want it to become too big of a list. People just skip over big lists.

I think it is worth it big time for new comers to get exposure by the mention of Steeminans who already have found there way on this platform. I did the same earlier this week.

I tried to do this more often, but then I started slacking and forgot.
This IS a good initiative ... {sigh}..I shall try and do two posts a week welcoming three or four 'newbies' under the tag 'welcome'.. Thanks @playfulfoodie

Well, besides the fact that it is a lot of reading... It is also a little bit like playing God... 'Now, which one of these 20 newbies shall I favor???' ...'Eeny meeny miny MO..YOU'....
But seriously I think it is a good project....
I know, can't possibly share them all, but the same is already happening if you see the random HUGE payouts on intro posts. These people won't ever reach that number again in the next 6 months. Rather give some a bit more exposure than false hope like that.
Correct ... so I will take interesting ones further down the earnings page.

Yeah, I don't do it enough lately and I miss a lot of good ones aswell, but hey, a little more exposure for some good Steemians can't hurt :-)
same, if I am completely honest I got a lot more self-centered lately, because I can now make a few bucks with my posts. That's just an observation of myself I am not proud of it.
I am proud of the help I offered to a few people in the past. @sirknight , a steemer who joined about the same time as me, asked me why I got dollars on my posts while he got cents. He posted almost hourly and a lot where just one link to a youtube video or caricature. I was very honest with him, because he is a guy who can take criticism. Now look at this . :)
Still so many Steemers helped me and are still helping me a lot like just yesterday @neoxian , I should focus more on all the new people coming on board, I was them 1 month ago.
Aww that's a nice job! To be honest, I think most people are a bit self-centered, especially when there's money involved. I work on my own stuff most of the time too. It's just a little balance you have to find and it's different for everyone. I honestly don't think I do loads for new Steemians either. For me, it comes in waves when I have the extra energy to spare.
