Save-a-pet | Rescue-Rehab-Rehome.
Hello steemit, for my first act as ambassador for steemit awareness in Nelson Mandela Bay I have decided to prioritize Save-a-pet first. The proceeds generated by this submission will go directly to the Save-a-pet charity.
How do I plan on allocating the funds? All funds generated will be geared towards supporting the animals firstly by purchasing food, blankets and paying for rehabilitation sterilization, vet bills ect... I will also be allocating a portion of the funds generated by this page for a venue location along with media coverage, creating awareness for save-a-pet, in turn steemit. A lovely cause that need your help!
About Save-a-pet...
Save-a-Pet has dozens of dogs and cats of all ages needing homes. We invite you to view our puppy gallery below and visit our adoption gallery here for more information on these and other pets in our care.
Located on the Old Cape Road in Greenbushes, Nelon Mandela Bay, Save-a-Pet is open to the public every day of the week between 10am and 3pm. Please adopt your next pet from an animal shelter.
Sterilization is the most effective way of attempting to deal with the endless stream of unwanted puppies and kittens that are born into a life of suffering and deprivation in the Port Elizabeth area.
In addition to reducing the number of puppies and kittens being born, sterilization prevents certain health problems and improves the life of the animal.
Currently STDs among unsterilized strays are rampant, and there has been a worrying increase in feline Aids, putting unsterilized domestic pets at risk. This highlights the fact that it is vitally important for all domestic and stray animals to be sterilized.
Our local vets provide a fantastic service to Save-a-Pet, but due to lack of funds there is a limit to the number of welfare cases that can be seen to.

I live in SA and think this is a great opportunity to put steemit on he map in NMB! I noticed you are relatively new here and wanted to suggest you possibly verify and introduce yourself via pic if possible. @nelsonmandelabay don't stress about it ,some people around here down-vote out of jealousy. What you are currently trying to do is not easy and it will be a trial and error to get peoples trust and followers. You are doing great so far just keep at it!

I followed @bitminter in and can't understand why anyone would flag this post.
First, you are raising awareness for a great cause, so don't let the trolls get you frustrated. From what I understand, they only have "power" if their reputation score is lower than theirs. That being said, I'm following and upvoting. Hell, I'm even going to throw 5 SD at the promote button.
Sadly, your post would need a least 300 SD to rank higher on the promoted pages. Maybe a few other members will be kind enough to get you noticed with a couple dollars. Unfortunately that doesn't go toward your post but my upvotes aren't worth a lot and it's my part in welcoming you to the community. :)

you didn't do anything wrong the user who flagged you has been flagging every post they have seen as some sort of silly revenge for getting caught plagerising. I'm sorry you got caught up in their stupidity.
